How can I create study plans?

Once you have determined what you want to study and apply for training that suits your needs and goals, you can start collecting them in your own study plan.

Adding training courses to the study plan – or creating a completely new study plan – is done by clicking the bookmark icon in the upper corner of the desired video or distance training. You can also add entire study paths and study modules to the study plan. If you do not want to add an entire study path or module to your plan, you can select the parts that interest you the most and add them to your study plan.

If you first want to familiarize yourself with the training, study path or study module, you can click it open and read the education description. At the same time, you will find information on whether there are suitable options for you in the training videos, study path contents or training modules. Individual videos cannot be added to the study plan separately from the training, but they come with the entire training.

💡 HINT! If you only want to capture a single video, you can copy the URL of the video and add it to your notes or even to your workplace intranet.

You can edit the study plans you have created by clicking Study plans in the drop-down menu of your profile.

On the Study plans page, you can find all the study plans you have created and shared with you. You can also see the total duration of the study plans you have created, making it easier to schedule your completion.

You can edit the study plan by selecting the desired study plan and clicking the Edit button. For example, you can give yourself a target schedule for completing the study plan, write down your goals and other observations on why it is important for you to go through that study plan. If you want, you can also edit or delete the trainings you have selected for the plan. Finally, remember to save the changes made with the Save button.
