Instructions for Remote Participants

Get to know the settings well before the training!

We recommend using two screens on the same computer for remote training. This allows you to share your desktop with the trainer in case of any issues. Alternatively, you can use two computers.

With the "dual screen tactic," you can follow the instruction and perform tasks simultaneously:

  • If you have two computers available, run the training on one and work on the other.
  • If you are using two screens on the same computer, switch the displays to Extended desktop mode so that you get a different image on each screen (shortcut key Windows + P). In this mode, you can run the training on one screen and follow it on the other.
  • Tip: Instead of a separate second monitor, you can also use a projector if one is available to you.

NOTE! Participating in the training does not require the use of two (2) separate screens; their use is intended to facilitate doing exercises and following the trainer at the same time.

For the sake of your own learning, it is recommended that participants have access to the application/program being covered in the course.
