I'm a customer of yours, but I'm not receiving newsletters. What should I do?
If you've blocked all communication from us, unfortunately, our newsletters or other communications won't reach you. If you want to receive our newsletters in the future, you can re-accept our communication by searching for an old newsletter in your email and changing your communication settings at the end of it. Click "Manage preferences" at the end of the newsletter and make changes to your settings. If you can't find an old newsletter in your email, please contact our customer service. We can make the change through our system if necessary, but we will need your written permission to do so.
On what basis do you send direct marketing communications to our employees?
We send newsletters to inform you about the latest service updates and training news. The newsletters may also mention new training products that are not included in your subscriber organization's user rights. Even so, we consider that the information is relevant based on your position and job duties.
I want you to stop sending me newsletters. How can I do that?
You can stop subscribing to the newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter.

We may contact you if we believe that our services are relevant to your position or job duties. You always have the option to object to the processing of your personal data for telemarketing or direct marketing purposes. We primarily sell our service to organizational customers, not consumers.
