Use of the Service and User Rights
- The access granted to you for the service is personal. You may not share your credentials with other parties.
- We reserve the right to deny you access to the service in cases of misuse or in other situations where restricting access has been agreed upon with your subscriber organization.
Intellectual Property
- Rights All rights to the service and its contents belong to us, and we grant you the right to use them solely for the purpose of developing your expertise. You may not copy, transfer, or distribute the content of the service or any part of it in any form other than as permitted by the features of the service.
- We do not grant you the right to use our companies' or service's trade names, logos, domain names, or other brand-related names or identifiers.
Service Contents and Service Level
- We reserve the right to make industry-typical changes to our service and its contents. We may, at our discretion, cancel, postpone, or remove training sessions from our course offerings.
- We aim to keep the service continuously available, but we may suspend the use of the service or change its content, availability, and other features whenever we see it necessary.
- We cannot guarantee that the service will operate without disruptions or interruptions. We are not liable to you for any potential loss of data, disappearance, or destruction of information resulting in damages. We also have no control over how the telecommunications and internet connection provider or any other third party affecting the use of the service provides their service. We will inform you of any maintenance and service interruptions well in advance. We always strive to repair any faults or disruptions as quickly as possible.
- We are also not able to verify the accuracy or timeliness of all content within the service, nor can we evaluate the service's suitability for your intended use. - In all cases, our liability to you is limited to a maximum of 1000 euros per violation. We are not responsible for any indirect damages.
