What are Mandatory Study Plans?

Mandatory Study Plans help you complete the trainings assigned by your organization on time. This guide explains where to find mandatory study plans shared to you, how to complete them, and what kind of notifications you will receive.

🔍 How do I find Mandatory Study Plans?

  • You can find your mandatory study plans:

    • On the Recommended tab on the Eduhouse front page
    • Or in the Study Plans tab in your profile

  • For each study plan, you can see:

    • Whether it is marked as mandatory

    • The deadline for completion

    • The completion status once all included training has been completed

      For each study plan, you can see:

✅ How do I complete a Mandatory Study Plan?

  • Open the study plan:
    • Click it in the Recommended view on the front page
    • Or from the Study Plans list in your profile
  • Start the courses included in the study plan
  • Complete all courses before the deadline

💡 The study plan is marked as completed only when all included content has been completed.

🔔 What kind of reminders will I receive?

  • You will receive email notifications when:

    • A study plan is shared with you
    • You have not yet completed a mandatory study plan
    • The content or deadline of a mandatory study plan is changed
    • An admin sends a manual reminder for users who have not completed the study plan yet

  • If the study plan creator (admin) has enabled automatic notifications, you will receive email reminders to complete the study plan:

    • 30 days before the deadline
    • 7 days before the deadline
    • 1 day before the deadline
