How do I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can order a password reset link from here. Password reset is only possible for a user ID that you have already registered with.

Please note that after changing your password, there may be a delay of a few minutes before the information is updated in our system. The password reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you do not receive the link, please check your email's spam folder.
