I received a notification "The course is not part of your order" What should I do?

All courses included in your organization’s license are marked with the label "Training is part of your order." If you receive a notification about missing access, it may be that your access has not been activated on the organization license. Please contact our Customer Support so we can check the situation. Customer Support is available on weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM.

If you are a student logging into the Eduhouse service with a username and password, please ensure that you have activated your access for the current academic year's license (valid from 1.9.2024 to 31.8.2025). You can obtain the activation link for access from your teacher or other school staff.
