Learning formats in the Eduhouse Service

Eduhouse service offers seven different study formats, offering flexible and diverse opportunities for independent and guided learning.

Recording

Recordings are video-based trainings that you can watch anytime and anywhere. They are divided into micro-sized segments, making it easy to find the information you need and schedule your learning flexibly. A recording may also include exercises and a test, passing it will earn you a certificate of completion.

Digital Classroom

Digital Classrooms are held on Teams and led by an instructor. These are scheduled sessions that require pre-registration. During the training, you can ask questions, interact with other participants, and learn together. After the session, you’ll receive a certificate.

Event

Events are free webinars that you can register for via the Eduhouse Service or our website. They cover current work-life topics and introduce new Eduhouse training content.

Learning Path

Learning paths are structured study programs designed by Eduhouse experts for independent learning. They may be built around different topics or job roles and include various learning formats. A learning path helps you reach your goals flexibly, at your own pace.

Course Collection

A course collection brings together courses on a selected topic. It is usually narrower in scope than a learning path. You can complete the entire collection or select only the parts that interest you the most.

Coaching Program

Coaching programs are comprehensive training paths where you study with a clear goal under the guidance of an Eduhouse Learning Coach. The program follows a shared schedule and is mainly completed independently alongside work. The structure follows that of a learning path and may include recordings, digital classrooms, exercises, podcasts, and webinars. It also includes joint meetings with the Learning Coach.

Study Plan

A study plan allows you to compile trainings that support your own or your organization’s learning goals. Admin users can also share plans with others. You can set a target timeline for your study plan to help you progress systematically. You can name your plan and add recordings, digital classrooms, course collections, and learning paths.
