My completion marks have disappeared. What can I do?

Your completion marks should be accessible on the Completed Studies page in your profile.

If you cannot find your completed studies on the Completed Studies page, please proceed as follows.

The problem may be related to your browser. To resolve this, try these tips:

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookie data
    • Try a different browser
    • Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version
  • If your username, which is your email address, has changed, it's possible that your completion data is still associated with the previous username. For data transfer, please contact our customer service.
  • There might be an error situation. For assistance with this, contact our customer service either through our chat or by email at asiakaspalvelu@eduhouse.fi.
