To share study plans with others, you must be an admin on the Eduhouse service. There must be at least one adminin the organization, but we recommend that more people take on the role!
As an administrator, you can share the study plan either with the entire organization or with specific designated users, such as your own team. If you share the study plan with the entire organization, it will also be shared with all future members of your organization.
When you want to share a study plan, select the option you want on the Study plans page, click the plan to be active, and then click the Share study plan button.
A new window opens where you can choose whether to share the study plan with the entire organisation or with individual users.
Shared study plans appear at the top of users' study plan list, and their icon color is red. It makes it easier to distinguish shared plans from users' own study plans.
