My trainings have disappeared from the service. Who is responsible for the loss?
In our terms and conditions regarding your own trainings, we state that the customer should maintain backups of the trainings being transferred. Please ensure that your organization has proper backups in place!
You deleted, moved, or canceled trainings. What is your responsibility for the damage caused to us?
We strive to the best of our ability to deliver all the trainings we publish, whether they are video recordings, remote trainings, or coaching sessions. However, our trainings are conducted by external experts who may fall ill or encounter other compelling obstacles. Reasons for transferring, removing, or canceling a training may also include low participation numbers or the obsolescence of the training content. We never make changes to planned trainings without a significant reason!
