I have received registration instructions via email. When I try to register for the service, I get an error message. What should I do?
If you already have an existing user ID for the Eduhouse service, you cannot register again with the same email address.
Instead of registering, you need to activate your access rights for the existing user ID. Follow the section "Do you already have an account?".
Log into the service with your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you can order a new one from here.
After logging in, click the "Activate my account" button.
Please note that there may be a delay of approximately 5-10 minutes before the access rights are updated.
