I have a problem with a training test. What do I do?

After some recorded trainings, you are required to take a test to receive a completion mark. You can find the test on the right side of the page, and it activates once you have watched 50% of the training. Here are answers to frequently asked questions related to tests:

  • I can't pass the test even though I've tried all the options. What's wrong?

Please note that some tests may have multiple correct options. This means that to pass the test, you need to select all the correct options at once.

  • What can I do when the test won't open or seems to be malfunctioning?

It's possible that the problem is browser-related. To fix the situation, try the following:

  • Clear the cache and cookie data of your browser.
  • Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
  • Try a different browser.
  • Try a different device.
