If you receive an error message when logging in with your Microsoft account, please try the following tips:
First, make sure that your organization has enabled Microsoft login for the Eduhouse service. To log in with your Microsoft account, click the "Log in with Office 365" button on the login window.
In case of an error, try the following:
- Please note that there may be a delay of about 10-5 minutes in activating your license. Please try again in a few moments.
- Clear the cache and cookies of your browser
- Try logging in in an Incognito window
- Try logging in with a different browser
- Make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version
- If you are not sure whether your license has been successfully activated, you can check it on the User data page of your profile. If you see the subject areas covered by the license in the Packages column, your license is in order.

Login on a mobile device
Unfortunately, Microsoft login is not available on mobile devices. In this case, you can try another login method by ordering a separate password for your account here and logging in with that, as well as your email address at the top of the login window. You can use these separate login methods in parallel, and they are not mutually exclusive. Both login methods lead to the same user account.
Please note that some organizations restrict logging in with a Microsoft account so that it can only be done within the organization's network or on the organization's own devices.
