If you receive an error message when logging in with your Microsoft account, please try the following tips:
First, make sure that your organization has enabled Microsoft login for the Eduhouse service. To log in with your Microsoft account, click the "Log in with Office 365" button on the login window.
In case of an error, try the following:
- Please note that there may be a delay of about 10-5 minutes in activating your license. Please try again in a few moments.
- Clear the cache and cookies of your browser
- Try logging in in an Incognito window
- Try logging in with a different browser
- Make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version

Please check if your login issue might be caused by a restrictive setting defined by your organization. If you receive a notification saying “Administrator approval required” when logging in, please contact your organization’s IT support.

Please also note that some organizations limit Microsoft login so that it only works within the organization’s network or on organization-managed devices.

Login on a mobile device
To log in to the Eduhouse service on a mobile device using your Microsoft account, first check with your organization's IT support to ensure that Microsoft login via mobile devices is enabled within your organization.
When logging in, confirm your authentication through the Microsoft Authenticator app.
You can try another login method by ordering a separate password for your account here and logging in with that, as well as your email address at the top of the login window. You can use these separate login methods in parallel, and they are not mutually exclusive. Both login methods lead to the same user account.
