      Logging in with a Microsoft account is unsuccessful.

      If you receive an error message when logging in with your Microsoft account, please try the following tips:

      First, make sure that your organization has enabled Microsoft login for the Eduhouse service. To log in with your Microsoft account, click the "Log in with Office 365" button on the login window.

      In case of an error, try the following:

      • Clear your browser's cache and cookie data.
      • Try logging in using an Incognito window.
      • Attempt to log in with a different browser.

      Please note that some organizations restrict logging in with a Microsoft account so that it can only be done within the organization's network or on the organization's own devices.
