      I am trying to log into the service, but I am receiving a notification of an incorrect username.

      I'm trying to log into the Eduhouse service with my email address and password. I receive an error message "invalid username". What should I do?

      If you receive an error message "Invalid ID" during login, please check the following:

      • If your email address is entered correctly
      • If there's extra spaces associated with your email address
      • Your password's correct spelling. If you have forgotten your password, you can order a new one from here

      • Please check when if your browser has saved old login details

      • Clear your browser's cache and cookie data

      • Try logging in with another browser

      Please note that after setting a new password, there may be a few minute delay before the information is updated in our system.
